Mike: I intend to give a summary of the tidal forces and derive physical parameters important in orbital evolution. For the latter half, I will go over the Meyer and Wisdom paper (found here: http://www.sciencedirect.com/science/article/pii/S0019103507004502) on the tidal evolution of Mimas, Enceladus, and Dione, which shows how an investigation into the orbital evolution of Saturn's moons can put constraints on their physical parameters, i.e. their internal structures. Dan: I don't believe I need people to look at any paper other than this: http://www.nature.com/nature/journal/v470/n7332/pdf/nature09760.pdf
