Technical
notes on the simulation of the model.
Matlab code doing the simulations reported in the discussion
and described in the technical notes:
The main code is run.m in main.zip. This zip file
contains a particular setup file. It adds a bunch of locations to the MATLAB
path. The setup file should be changed to reflect the location of the four
additional zip files with code. The four additional zip files are, AIM_code.zip, code.zip,
acel.zip, capitalcode4.zip.These four zip files plus main.zip should be unloaded into five
different locations. The locations of the contents of the first four zip files
need to be included in the MATLAB path by modifying the addpath
instructions in setpath.m in main.zip.
Once
all the zip files have been downloaded and extracted, execute the program, run.m, taken from main.zip.
